Your Estimate can include a button for your customer to sign their acceptance of the Estimate. The signature and originating IP address is stored with the Estimate for accurate record keeping.
A copy of the estimate (PDF) is also saved and allows you to have a record of all versions of the estimates trail.
Payment Schedules
Estimates can have payment schedules. These are amounts customer must pay at certain points of the job. You can have different schedules for each customer/job.
Deposit Invoices
Create and email Deposit invoices to customers. Take payment online and get cash deposted into your bank in 2 days. Record payment for job accounting. payments are reflected as credits on the Job’s invoice.
Documents
Store unlimited photos, attachments, notes or documents related to any lead, estimate or Job. Attach any of these items to outgoing customer emails.

Time Tracking
For jobs that require detailed time reporting or if you need crews to track the time on the job for wage payout, you can use our timekeeping module. Crew members can add time spent on jobs along with task notes using their mobile device.
When using time tracking a number of utilization graphs, profitabilty and payroll reports become accessable and available.
Punchlists
You can create specific job tasks that act like reminders to things to be done. Tasks can be toggled to ‘Done’ when completed. A great little feature to help ensure nothing is forgotten!

Stripe Payment Gateway
With a FREE Stripe Payment account you can collect credit card payments in a number of ways. You can send your customer an invoice with a “Pay Now” button in the email, or use our Point-of-sale feature and get paid using your mobile device or over the phone on your office desktop PC.

Security & MFA

Payment Processing
We use STRIPE for your payment processing. Before you can take payment you need to create your own Stripe account with your banking details. We do not store any of your confidential information in MEC.
When a payment is processed through MEC we apply a small fee to each transaction done. The amount that is charged, less Stripe processing charges, is sent to your bank account on file within 2 business days.

QuickBooks Online
You are able to get existing customers from QB into MEC and add send over New customers into QB from MEC. MEC sends invoice totals to QB
Wave Accounting
MEC can link to your Wave Accounting account and invoices can be pushed into Wave for collection.
Local Backups
Unlike all of the competition, we allow you to backup your core data onto your local PC. The files we send to your PC are all in Excel (XLS) format. You can use these for internal work if you wish or just piece of mind your data wont vanish from the web.
